Sky Languages In-Company Homework Video February 20th to 24th

Welcome Learners!

This week we will see a video about the opening of China’s state-owned television in the U.S. capital city of Washington D.C. After witnessing the creation of Al-Jazeera in English, the Chinese have decided to create their own English language channel and they have hired a team of profesionals to get the job done. As always, after the video, look at the questions for debate.

3. Do you think that the Chinese government wants to influence Americans’ opinions about China? Why or why not?
